Microcement · Inside
Microcement is a thin, hand-troweled cement coating, about 2 to 3 mm, that can go over many existing surfaces, including tile, so a bathroom, shower, kitchen or floor gets a seamless modern look without full demolition. In wet areas the substrate, waterproofing and sealer matter as much as the finish, so we review them before quoting.
Concrete · Outside
A new, replaced or widened driveway in Hollywood usually needs a building permit, and the apron in the city right-of-way often needs its own. We handle the permits, grade for drainage, set the base and reinforcement, and saw-cut control joints so the slab holds up to summer storms and daily traffic.

We are based at 6401 Evans St in Hollywood and work across Broward and Miami-Dade, including Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Fort Lauderdale, Miramar, Hallandale Beach, Dania Beach and Miami.
Usually, yes. In Hollywood and most Broward and Miami-Dade cities, a new, replaced or widened driveway needs a building permit, and the apron in the city right-of-way (between the sidewalk and the street) often needs a separate right-of-way permit. HOAs may also ask for approval. We check what your address needs and include it in the quote.
Square footage, removing the old slab, base work and grading, slab thickness, reinforcement, the finish (broom, exposed aggregate, stamped or colored), access for the truck and permit fees. Our driveway calculator gives a starting range; the final price comes after we measure.
Often, yes, if the tile is firmly bonded and the floor is not moving. We fill the grout lines, add a primer and mesh, then apply the microcement coats and sealer. Loose or hollow tiles are fixed or removed first.
